The Dress Code
  • Check the dress code policy, so you know what attire to pack. Some cruises will have strict dress policy, especially around meal times. Normally casual dress is worn during the day and a semi-formal or formal attire is worn in the evenings. Often the last night of the cruise will also be an elegant affair.

The Cruise Port of Calls
  • Check where your cruise will stop and for how long. The activities manager aboard will help you plan your activities at each port of call. If you are cruising between countries, read our advice on passports and visas, so that you are not stuck on-board.

On-Board Facilities
  • Each cruise ship will have different on-board facilities and activities - swimming pools, gyms, saunas, restaurants, viewing decks, entertainment. Knowing what facilities you will have will allow you to best plan your cruise packing list!
